Carlo chose to work in this industry because he wanted to ensure home buyers are fully informed about the decision they are making when purchasing the largest investment they will ever make in there lifetime.
Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, I settled in Lexington, KY in 2012 with my wife who wished to return to her native Kentucky after retiring from a 29 year career in the U.S. military. I have made Kentucky my home and I look forward to providing the people of Kentucky the most thorough and comprehensive home inspection services available.
The company is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and licensed by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, License #HI-103758. We are also a member of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association, and we pride ourselves on taking more than the required yearly continuing education classes. We keep current on the latest issues pertaining to Kentucky home inspections by attending 3 industry conferences per year for Home Inspectors. We carry General Liability and Errors and Omissions Insurance.

Our goal is to accurately inform and educate our clients on the condition of the home and it's components so that they are able to make a confident and informed decision about the home they are purchasing. The company adheres to the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standards of practice.
The inspection involves a thorough evaluation of the home's visible and readily accessible areas. A typical home inspection takes between 3 to 4 hours. Once the inspection is completed our inspector meets with our clients then gives you a tour of the home pointing out matters of concern and safety so that the inspector can go over any details with you and answer any questions or concerns you might have. This is normally a 1 hour process. Our clients receive a professional edition of "How to Operate Your Home", a home owners manual, then the report follows within 24 hours of the home inspection.
